The 2022 Subaru WRX was officially unveiled today. The fifth-generation rally icon came with a revamped interior and exterior design, as well as a new platform and engine.

The automatic transmission also works in conjunction with adaptive gear control, which can respond quickly to speed-compatible gear reduction during braking, maintain the ideal ratio in cornering, and respond faster at the cornering output.
Built on the Subaru Global Platform, the 2022 Subaru WRX also hosts several improvements in this context. Updates such as a 28 percent increase in torsion stiffness and a more robust suspension system have increased the chassis stiffness and reduced the center of gravity, making the car’s driving and handling performance to the top. Subaru also installed the rear bend balance bar in the fuselage.
The front section of the new WRX features new headlights and a larger hexagonal shutter compared to the previous one. The wide air intake on the front hood also emphasizes the sporty side of the model. Aluminum front fenders were used to reduce weight in the car, which attracted the attention of new taillights at the rear. New for 2022, the WRX GT version (the white one) can only be preferred with an automatic transmission. In addition, this version features Comfort, Normal, and sports driving modes, as well as an electronically controlled suspension system.
