Apple started releasing the latest update for iOS 15 today ahead of the transition to iOS 16. The new update did not bring much innovation to users. More importantly, the 5 iPhone models with iOS 15.6 received an iOS update for the last time.
Apple introduced its new operating systems this year, as it does every year at the WWDC 22 event, which began on June 6. One of them, of course, was iOS 16. Although the release of the new iPhone operating system is a short time away, the company has shared another recent update for iOS 15.
Apple has started releasing iOS 15.6 today, which will be the last update to iOS 15. With the new update, various bugs found in iOS 15 have been fixed, and security has been improved. Of course, since it was the last update of the operating system, it did not include major innovations. The update notes for the new iOS 15.6 update were as follows:

An option to restart and pause, rewind or fast-forward an ongoing live sports game has been added to the TV app.
Fixed an issue that caused the device store to continue to display that it was full even if it was present in the settings.
Fixed an issue in Mail that could cause braille devices to slow down or stop responding when scrolling through text.
Fixed an issue in Safari that caused a tab to return to the previous page.
The iOS 15.6 update introduced a feature as an innovation only for those who follow sports matches from the TV app. If you want many new features to be added to your phone, your only solution right now is to upgrade to iOS 16 Beta.
