There have been rumors for a long time that a subscription system called Telegram Premium will be implemented. Although no official announcement has been made yet, some details about the Telegram Premium features and price have been leaked.
Telegram Beta currently does not allow you to register, but it contains all the details about the premium subscription. Accordingly, Telegram Premium customers will be able to take advantage of the extra features for $4.99 per month. These features are listed as follows:
Double Limits: up to 1000 channels, 20 chat folders, 10 pins, 4 accounts (in one application), 200 links in one folder, 20 public links for channels and groups, 10 favorite stickers, and 400 GIFs.
4 GB Single File Upload: Telegram currently allows uploading files up to 2 GB in size.

Faster Downloads: Unlimited speed for media and document downloads.
Voice to Text: Telegram Premium will offer you an automatic breakdown of voice messages.

Unique Reactions: October animated reactions to messages.
Premium Stickers: Special enlarged stickers with October effects with monthly updates.
Advanced Chat Management: Tools for setting the default folder, auto-archiving, and hiding new chats from contacts.
Profile Badge: The badge next to your name indicates that you are an active Telegram supporter.
Animated Profile Pictures: Animated avatars in chat lists and chats for October self-expression.
Premium App Icon: Choose from a Dec of Telegram app icons for your home screen.
