ASUS has introduced the new ASUS ROG Phone 6 series, which will be the ultimate choice for mobile gamers. The new series, consisting of two phones, includes the highest-end equipment in the smartphone industry.
ASUS, which has proven itself in the field of player equipment, continues to make noise in the market with its player-oriented smartphones. The company, which has gained great popularity with the ROG Phone family, today introduced a new member of the series, the ASUS ROG Phone 6 series. The series consists of two phones – ASUS ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro.
Both phones of ASUS are basically almost on a par with each other. The phones have the same processor, the same screen, the same battery, and the same game-oriented features that come with the ROG Phone. The two features that distinguish the phones are the RAM capacity and the back panel. Come on, let’s take a closer look at both phones.
What does the ASUS ROG Phone 6 series offer?
The ASUS ROG Phone 6 series is home to the top-of-the-line hardware, as expected on the player phone. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset with Adreno 730 graphics processor, the phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. Both phones have a huge 6, 000 mAh battery with 65 W fast charging support.
The phones have up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, which will again be the same as each other. Although ASUS’ player phones are not camera-oriented, the camera does not upset much in this series either. The setup on the back of the phone includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. And on the front side, there is a 12-megapixel front camera.
There are only two points separating the phones. The ASUS ROG Phone 6 houses 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, while the amount of RAM in the Pro model of the series increases to 18 GB. However, the Pro model comes with an RGB-lit back panel, unlike the standard model.
Both phones feature ASUS’ AirTrigger 6 controller system, which adds 4 physical keys to the phone, an AeroActive Cooler 6 cooler, gyroscopic aiming, and various software features.
