South Korea-based giant tech company Samsung unveiled its home robot Bot handy, which has a slightly spooky look, at CES 2021. Powered by artificial intelligence technology, this robot can fold laundry at home, place dishes in the machine, and even fill you with wine.

Samsung unveiled a new robot called Bot Handy at CES 2021 that could make it easier for people to work at home. With a slightly spooky look, this robot can empty the dishwasher, even renew your wine glass while you stretch out your feet and watch TV.

The company did not give details about the robot’s release date and sale price, noting that Bot handy is still in development. Based on artificial intelligence technology, this robot can begin to navigate inside our homes as if it had popped out of a Wall-E movie when it was released.

Bot Handy not only recognizes objects of different sizes and shapes thanks to its camera on it, but also can adjust how much force it will apply to each of them when transporting objects thanks to its artificial intelligence. Handcuffed hands make it easy for Bot handy to grasp objects, while his body structure allows him to easily access objects located high by extending his height.

Sebastian Seung, president of Samsung Research, said of Bot Handy: “Bot Handy will be your right hand in the kitchen, in the living room, and wherever you may need it.”

The PlayStation 5 and Bot Handy, with a slightly broom-like design, have a slightly spooky look with digital eyes with changeable expressions. As creepy as it may seem, even the prospect of having a robot assistant who can fold people’s laundry and handle dishes sounds very good.
